TRENDING NOW: Customer service at its worst

In this day and age of cell phone video you'd think people would learn not to lose it in public.

You can bet these videos of Ruby Chen at the receiving end of a Starbucks manager's outburst will likely be used to dismiss her.

Apparently it was all over a miscommunication about a cookie straw and the manger of the Broadway location in Manhatten thought she was stealing.

  3. Wow that’s horrible ! And she’s management ? She’s inthe wrongline of work if she can’t deal with the public . That’s not the wayto talk to a customer . I’m surprised people just didn’t walk out
