You can bet these videos of Ruby Chen at the receiving end of a Starbucks manager's outburst will likely be used to dismiss her.
Apparently it was all over a miscommunication about a cookie straw and the manger of the Broadway location in Manhatten thought she was stealing.

Wow that’s horrible ! And she’s management ? She’s inthe wrongline of work if she can’t deal with the public . That’s not the wayto talk to a customer . I’m surprised people just didn’t walk out
