PENTICTON – Tourism Penticton offering the chance to win some amazing prizes in their Escapes and Landscapes photography contest.

The contest opens on Monday, Sept. 21, 2015 and closes on Sunday Oct. 11, 2015.

Information and entry forms can be found on line at www.visitpenticton.com/contests-promotions or you can pick up an entry form at the Penticton and Wine Country Visitors Centre at 553 Vees Drive.

“Penticton has some of the most breath-taking scenery and we want to show it off to the rest of the world. Over 120 international travel journalists will be visiting the city at the end of the month for the GoMedia event and as part of our growing media program, photographs of the area are often requested to compliment the many articles that will be published globally,” Jo Charnock, Marketing & Communications Coordintor, Tourism Penticton says.

There will be thee prize winners — first, second and third place — and each will have their photographs featured on the Tourism Penticton website with a credit caption.

The first place winner will also receive a Tourism Penticton Gift Pack valued at $500, an enlarged, framed copy of their winning entry and a highlight in the upcoming 2016 Tourism Penticton Experience Guide.
