
Five arrested in Kamloops motel
Kamloops RCMP descended on a downtown motel in the middle of the night arresting five people and seizing what may be stolen property.
Police arrived at the Columbia Street motel at about 2:30 a.m., June 12 with a warrant in hand. Of the five arrested, a 25-year-old woman and a 27-year-old man remain in police custody, facing charges related to breaching conditions.
The investigation into the recovered property is ongoing and may lead to more charges.
