Bombardier Inc. (TSX:BBD.B). Aerospace, rail equipment. Up three cents, or 1.53 per cent, to $1.99 on 8.9 million shares.

Pine Cliff Energy Ltd. (TSX:PNE). Oil and gas. Up two cents, or two per cent, to $1.02 on six million shares.

B2Gold Corp. (TSX:BTO). Miner. Down 21 cents, or 4.94 per cent, to $4.04 on 5.4 million shares.

Manulife Financial Corp. (TSX:MFC). Financial Services. Down one cent, or 0.06 per cent, to $17.35 on 4.3 million shares.

Baytex Energy Corp. (TSX:BTE). Oil and gas. Down 31 cents, or 4.40 per cent, to $6.74 on 4.3 million shares.

Kinross Gold Corp. (TSX:K). Miner. Down 12 cents, or 1.90 per cent, to $6.20 on 4.2 million shares.

Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. (TSX:ATD.B). Convenience stores. Up $4.63, or 7.45 per cent, to $66.78 on 2.5 million shares. Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. has announced a US$4.4-billion friendly deal to buy Texas-based CST Brands Inc. Alimentation Couche-Tard said it would pay US$48.53 cash per share of CST Brands, the fourth-largest operator of convenience stores in the U.S. In a related announcement, Alimentation Couche-Tard would then sell most of CST’s business in Canada, including rights to use the Ultramar brand, to Parkland Fuel Corp. (TSX:PKI) (up $4.02, or 15.92 per cent, to $29.27 on 2.2 million shares) of Red Deer, Alta., for about C$965 million.
