Some of the most active companies traded Friday on the Toronto Stock Exchange:

B2Gold Corp. (TSX:BTO). Miner. Down three cents, or 1.46 per cent, to $2.03 on 9.3 million shares.

Mart Resources, Inc. (TSX:MMT). Oil and gas. Unchanged at 64 cents on 4.4 million shares.

Bombardier Inc. (TSX:BBD.B). Aerospace, rail equipment. Unchanged at $2.68 on 4.3 million shares.

Canadian Energy Services & Technology Corp. (TSX:CEU). Oil and gas. Up $1.05, or 18.72 per cent, to $6.66 on 3.9 million shares.

Cenovus Energy Inc. (TSX:CVE). Oil and gas. Down eight cents, or 0.39 per cent, to $20.49 on 3.7 million shares.

Belo Sun Mining Corp. (TSX:BSX). Miner. Up four cents, or 18.18 per cent, to 26 cents on 3.5 million shares.

Power Corp. (TSX:POW). Holding company. Up 20 cents, or 0.62 per cent, to $32.65 on 435,234 shares. The Montreal-based insurance and investment conglomerate says it’s fielding calls from large American and European media companies interested in its digital newspaper product, La Presse+. It recently sold all of the French-language regional newspapers in Quebec that were operated by its subsidiary, Gesca, in order to focus on launching La Presse+, a digital version of the newspaper that can be viewed on tablets for free.
