Alice Cooper brings his theatrical rock to Penticton

PENTICTON – Just in time for Halloween, Alice Cooper will be playing the South Okanagan Events Centre giving fans a chance to experience a show with the architect of shock rock.

Cooper kicks off his 2016 tour in Biloxi, Mississippi later this month and will make a stop in Penticton on Sunday, Oct. 16.

His updated show Spend the Night with Alice Cooper promises to bring the dark and horror-themed theatrics he’s best known for to the Events Centre.

Cooper will be playing his hits like “I’m Eighteen,” “No More Mr. Nice Guy,” School’s Out,” “Elected” and “Poison,” along with a mix of newer songs, according to a media release.

Cooper and his band will also be covering songs from his “dead drunk friends” the Hollywood Vampires featuring Johnny Depp and Joe Perry.

Tickets, which start at $59, go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 22 at the Valley First Box Office in the South Okanagan Events Centre or at the Wine Country Visitor Centre, by phone at 1-877-SOEC-TIX (763-2849) or online at www.ValleyFirstTix.com.
