Vancouver police say charges against a 29-year-old Vancouver man for allegedly uttering threats have been approved.
The department says patrol officers and the gang crime unit responded to reports of a person being threatened at an apartment building in downtown Vancouver on Friday afternoon.
Police say a 29-year-old man who was arrested Friday has been charged with one count of uttering threats.
In their press release, police describe him as an “alleged gang member,” but did not elaborate on their reasons for this allegation.
They say he will remain in custody until his next court appearance.
