She is described as Caucasian, about four feet tall, 40 pounds, with red hair and blue eyes and police allege she was abducted from the East King Edward area of Vancouver.

Police say she is believed to be with her mother — 46-year-old Angela Hanley — who is described as Caucasian, about five-foot-six, 139 pounds with red hair and blue eyes.

She was last seen wearing light brown corduroy jacket with fur lined hood, dark jeans and calf height rain boots.
