Man allegedly points crossbow, demands gun
KAMLOOPS – Police members have a 31-year-old man in custody after an alleged armed robbery at Powder Keg Shooters Supply store on Tranquille Road Monday morning.
A man entered the store, pointed a crossbow at an employee and demanded a firearm, according to an RCMP press release. He then fled the store before obtaining any weapons and departed in a vehicle.
RCMP officers temporarily cordoned off a portion of Tranquille Road as they searched for the suspect. The store closed down for the day.
As police continued looking for the suspect, a male turned himself in to the RCMP detachment on Battle Street claiming responsibility for the robbery.
Investigators uncovered the crossbow and the vehicle the man used.

What type of idiot goes into a gun shop full of guns, and try to rob it with a single shot crossbow.
