Highway 1 closing from Revelstoke to Golden tonight for avalanche safety

The TransCan will be closed in both directions between Revelstoke and Golden tonight, Feb. 20.

The closure is for avalanche control work and will span from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., according to DriveB.C.

“Detour will not be available.”
