KAMLOOPS – There is a cash reward for tips leading to the arrest of the woman who stole a Remembrance Day poppy tray from a Kamloops gas station.
A woman wearing a black and white leather jacket and black baseball cap walked into the Husky gas station on Paul Lake Road on Monday, Nov. 7, 2016 at about 9:40 p.m., according to a post on the Kamloops and District Crime Stoppers website.
When the clerk wasn't looking, the woman stole a poppy tray with an unknown amount of money inside.
The woman is described as heavy set, standing about 5'4" to 5'6" tall, possibly with blonde hair. She was wearing a jacket with the number 55 on the shoulder and may have the words 'New York' written on the back.
The woman was driving a blue minivan when she arrived at the store.
If you recognize this person please contact Kamloops and District Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS). There is a cash reward for the arrest of this suspect.
