Beginner fencing courses in Kelowna

Okanagan Freestyle Fencing train both recreational and competitive fencers.

Fencing provides many benefits to participants such as improved flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, improved anaerobic fitness and coordination.

Fencing is considered a game of physical chess, with those who participate reporting an improvement in their decision making, strategic thinking, concentration and mental agility. 

Okanagan Freestyle Fencing are now offering new beginner courses, running every Tuesday and Friday for 4 weeks.

No experience needed  ­
All equipment provided ­
Qualified local and international coaches  ­
$80 per course (including equipment and coaching)
