VERNON – The rider of a motorcycle in an accident at Hwy 6 and Bryers Road went to hospital with broken ribs.
On Aug. 17 at about 1 p.m. a 57-year-old man from Edmonton lost control of his bike while navigating through a series of tight corners when it caught the gravel shoulder of the road. The bike then went six metres down the bank.
The man may have also suffered a broken collar bone.
