TD Bank says it was hit by a ‘targeted’ cyber attack, affected online banking

TORONTO – TD Canada Trust (TSX:TD) says it was hit by a “targeted” cyber attack for several hours Thursday, leading to its banking website and mobile banking service to go down. The bank says the security breach had no effect on clients’ personal information or accounts and that most of the services are now up and running.
