TORONTO – Canada’s largest newspaper chain has named a new chief digital officer.
Postmedia announced Thomas Jankowski will take on the role as well as become an executive vice-president.
Jankowski comes from the Flight Network, where he also served as chief digital officer for the travel agency.
Chief commercial officer Andrew MacLeod says Jankowski will lead Postmedia’s product, digital technology and research and development teams.
Jankowski’s appointment comes nearly four years after Simon Jennings left his position as Postmedia’s chief digital and revenue officer.
