SPRINGFIELD, Ill. – This is for anyone who wants to tell the world about Abraham Lincoln.
The Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library and Museum in Springfield is welcoming new volunteers at a Feb. 1 information session. Officials at the library and museum officials will spell out to people to how they might help greet visitors, assist at events, help researchers, and what they will need to know about the library and museum before they can volunteer there.
Volunteers will be asked to attend a total of three training sessions in February.
