Jockey Frankie Dettori finishes last in 1st race back after serving a 6-month ban for cocaine

EPSOM, England – Frankie Dettori finished last in his first race back after serving a six-month ban for cocaine use.

Dettori was the last of nine riders in Friday’s race at Epsom on Beatrice Aurore. He is scheduled to ride again later Friday.

Dettori was banned after testing positive for drugs at Longchamp last September, but regained his license on Thursday.
