KELOWNA – Three men accused of killing gang leader Jonathan Bacon will face a jury trial in April 2016.
Bacon died after he was shot while in his Porsche Cayenne outside the Delta Grand Hotel in Kelowna in August 2011. Two other gang members and two women were injured in the attack. Bacon's death is believed to be gang-related.
All three accused remain in custody.
