Four Lower Mainland drug dealers busted in Okanagan police raids

Three men and one woman from the Lower Mainland were arrested last week in multi-jurisdictional drug trafficking operation in the Okanagan.

RCMP officers from Vernon and Kelowna, along with members of the province’s combined special enforcement unit raided homes in both cities at around 7 a.m. Thursday, July 18, according to an RCMP media release issued today, July 23.

The search warrants were executed at a home on Monashee Road in Vernon and Panorama Lane in Kelowna.

Police said they were targeting a drug trafficking group operating in both cities.

Three men and a woman from the Lower Mainland were arrested and police seized fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine and prescription drugs along with cash.

The suspects were released from custody as the investigation continues. RCMP didn’t say what charges they are facing.
