Insolvent Catalyst Paper to file new creditor plan to avoid sale of assets

RICHMOND, B.C. – Insolvent Catalyst Paper, which has already announced the sale of its assets, says it will file a new amended plan of arrangement to a court Friday in the hopes that the new plan will be approved by creditors after previous attempts failed.
