Canadian Press NewsAlert: Railways ordered to move minimum amount of grain
WINNIPEG – The federal government say it will introduce an order in council forcing railways to move a minimum of 500,000 metric tonnes of grain each week.
Penalties could be up to $100,000 a day if the order is violated.
