KAMLOOPS – Victoria Centre in downtown Kamloops has been sold for $7.15 million.

The nine-unit property at 340 Victoria St. sold for nearly $795,000 per unit, according a Western Investor report. 

Boston Pizza and Sprott Shaw College are the 11,500 square foot property's anchor tenants.
