WSP Global Inc. acquires Finnish facility services company ISS Proko
MONTREAL – Engineering firm WSP Global Inc. says it has acquired Finnish company ISS Proko Oy from a subsidiary of ISS A/S, one of the world’s leading facility services companies.
Financial terms of the deal were not immediately available.
ISS Proko has 12 offices in Finland and 135 employees.
It has expertise in construction and project management, supervision, appraisals and inspection.
WSP (TSX:WSP) says the deal will bolster its presence in Finland by increasing its expertise in the building sector and expanding its footprint.
The acquisition was financed using WSP’s available cash and credit facilities.
