Toronto Mayor Rob Ford will take a leave of absence from his re-election campaign to seek help for substance abuse, his lawyer said Wednesday as new media reports about the mayor emerged. Some quotes related to the new revelations:

Ford told the newspaper he couldn’t remember saying the things on the recording but confirmed he was at the bar that night.
