Winnipeg police chief calls investigation into why 911 call cancelled
WINNIPEG – Winnipeg police are investigating why an emergency call was cancelled in a fatal shooting outside a night club.
Police chief Devon Clunis (deh-VOHN’ CLOO’-nihs) says someone called 9-1-1 on Sunday to report a fight outside the Opera Night Club.
