NASHVILLE – The Latest on the search for a suspect in a Tennessee hatchet killing (all times local):
4:10 p.m.
Tennessee authorities say the suspect in a fatal hatchet attack had been arrested by the U.S. Secret Service near the White House in April.
Nashville police said in a news release that they are still looking for 36-year-old Domenic Micheli, who will be charged with murder.
They say the Secret Service arrested him in April for driving his car to a checkpoint near the White House and refusing directives to move.
Police say he attacked and killed his former boss, 46-year-old Joel Paavola early Monday with a hatchet and another bladed instrument at The Balance Training centre while Paavola was assisting clients with a workout.
Police believe Micheli is still driving an older model small silver Toyota Prius or Yaris.
