Bylaw enforcement service enhanced
Bylaw Enforcement assistance will be offered in the District of West Kelowna seven days a week this summer.
From May 20 through September 1, the Bylaw Enforcement Department will take calls at 778-797-8810 seven days a week, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Calls made after hours will be forwarded to an automated messaging system for follow up the next business day.
Currently the District of West Kelowna provides Bylaw Enforcement service from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The service is being expanded in the summer months to respond to increased call volumes which typically occur during the peak tourism season between the Victoria Day and Labour Day long weekends.
