Thieves in Puerto Rico steal $80,000 worth of chocolate

SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico – Thieves with an apparent sweet tooth have stolen a refrigerated container that police in Puerto Rico say was stocked with $80,000 worth of Hershey’s chocolate.

Police said Wednesday that three masked men tied up a female employee before taking off with the 54-foot (17-meter) container. Officials said it contained a variety of goods, including chocolate syrup.

No one has been arrested in the theft at an industrial zone in the northern city of Bayamon.
