The Malaysia Airlines plane shot down over war-torn eastern Ukraine on Thursday was carrying 298 passengers and crew. They hailed from 13 countries, though it wasn’t clear how many had dual nationalities; Malaysia Airlines said one was a dual U.S.-Dutch citizen.
