Bombers seek 2nd win of 2012 season as Hamilton Tiger-Cats visit Winnipeg

WINNIPEG – The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are looking to a new quarterback to secure just their second win of the season.

The Hamilton Tiger-Cats are looking to break out of the 3-3 logjam that is the rest of the CFL East.

They meet at Winnipeg’s Canad Inns Stadium on Thursday.

Joey Elliott is taking over as quarterback for the Bombers and says he’s not scared of failure, because that’s a sure way not to win.

Coach Paul LaPolice says he’s frustrated at talk his job is on the line with a dozen games left to play.

This is the first regular season game between the two East Division rivals and Hamilton is coming off last week’s 31-20 loss to Calgary.
