Word to the Comox Valley: B.C. rap highlights region’s attributes?

COMOX – They're straight out of Comox, and offering some up some great insights into Vancouver Island life.

A video posted by YouTube user Yippee-Skippee this week extols the virtues of Comox and, other than staking claim to actors Kim Catrell and Pamela Anderson, it sounds a lot like B.C. Interior life.

For example, they have "smokin’ women looking heavenly, (they) don’t even care that they’re over 70."

"And a mayor and council riding bikes in the middle of December along with choice job opportunities like, cashier." More bon mots include, "if you want to fit in, get a mountain bike."
