Volunteers build, maintain and grow healthy communities. Help celebrate National Volunteer Week (April 21 – 27, 2013) by attending a Volunteer Appreciation Barbecue hosted by the City of Kamloops.
Kamloops is a city that cares, being home to an extraordinary team of volunteers who support everything from tournament hosting to fundraising activities to city planning. During this summer’s B.C. Seniors Games, an estimated 1,800 volunteers will help make the event a success.
We’re proud of our volunteers. To show our appreciation for the hard work they do, the City is hosting this year’s barbecue:
Friday, April 26th, 2013
11:30 am – 1:30 pm
Interior Savings Centre Plaza
300 Lorne Street
Indoor and outdoor seating will be provided and door prizes will be drawn at 12:30 pm.
