TORONTO – Some of the most active companies traded Tuesday on the Toronto Stock Exchange:

Yamana Gold Inc. (TSX:YRI). Miner. Down 78 cents, or 13.73 per cent, to $4.90 on 13.9 million shares.
Talisman Energy Inc. (TSX:TLM). Oil and gas. Up two cents, or 0.22 per cent, to $9.01 on 9.7 million shares.
Uranium Participation Corp. (TSX:U). Miner. Up eight cents, or 1.53 per cent, to $5.32 on 8.4 million shares.
Fission Uranium Corp. (TSX:FCU). Miner. Up seven cents, or 6.19 per cent, to $1.20 on 7.5 million shares.
Legacy Oil + Gas Inc. (TSX:LEG). Oil and gas. Down 15 cents, or 10.42 per cent, to $1.29 on 7.1 million shares.
B2Gold Corp. (TSX:BTO). Miner. Down 15 cents, or 6.07 per cent, to $2.32 on 6.4 million shares.
Companies reporting major news:
Chorus (TSX:CHR.B). Airline. Up 56 cents, or 12.93 per cent, to $4.89 on 2.8 million shares. The company’s affiliate, Jazz Aviation, announced a tentative, 11-year labour agreement with its pilots association. The proposed contract is being presented as a key element in a revised commercial arrangement with Air Canada, which buys most of the seating capacity on Jazz planes to carry passengers between the main hubs and other cities.
Corus Entertainment Inc. (TSX:CJR.B). Specialty television, radio. Up $1.47, or 6.99 per cent, to $22.49 on 274,090 shares. Corus reported a drop in adjusted profits in its latest quarter to $51.9 million or 60 cents per share from$55.2 million or 65 cents in the comparable year-earlier period. Revenues increased only slightly, to $227.1 million from $226 million a year earlier, amid a sluggish advertising market.
