Bombardier Inc. (TSX:BBD.B). Aerospace, rail equipment. Unchanged at $2.94 on 9.9 million shares.

Legacy Oil + Gas Inc. (TSX:LEG). Oil and gas. Up 24 cents, or 12.97 per cent, to $2.09 on 8.5 million shares.

Yamana Gold Inc. (TSX:YRI). Miner. Up seven cents, or 1.27 per cent, to $5.58 on 7.2 million shares.

Canadian Oil Sands Ltd. (TSX:COS). Oil and gas. Down 41 cents, or 3.87 per cent, to $10.19 on 7.1 million shares.

Eastern Platinum Ltd. (TSX:ELR). Miner. Up eight cents, or 4.94 per cent, to $1.70 on 5.9 million shares.

Surge Energy Inc. (TXS:SGY). Oil and gas. Up 29 cents, or 10 per cent, to $3.19 on 5.1 million shares.

Companies reporting major news:

BCE Inc. (TSX:BCE). Telecom. Up 18 cents, or 0.31 per cent, to $58.97 on 1.6 million shares. BCE posted net income of $542 million in the fourth quarter, up nearly 10 per cent from a year before. Adjusted earnings were 72 cents per share, up nearly three per cent from least year and a penny ahead of analyst forecasts. It also announced a 5.3 per cent dividend increase to $2.60 per share.

Suncor Energy Inc. (TSX:SU). Oil and gas. Up $1.06, or 2.83 per cent, to $38.55 on 4.7 million shares. Despite a big drop in fourth-quarter earnings, the Calgary-based oilsands producer said it was leaving its dividend unchanged and wouldpress ahead with the $13.5-billion Fort Hills oilsands mine in partnership with the Canadian arm of France’s Total and Vancouver miner Teck Resources.

Valeant Pharmaceuticals International, Inc. (TSX:VRX). Down $1.51, or 0.75 per cent, to $200.43 on 262,281 shares. It has raised its offer for the Provenge prostate cancer vaccine and other assets of U.S. drugmaker Dendreon Corp. by $100 million to $400 million. The Quebec-based company is the lead bidder in an auction supervised by a U.S. bankruptcy court.
