Kamloops RCMP arrest assault suspect

Kamloops RCMP have identified and arrested a suspect who allegedly committed assault earlier this week.

Yesterday, Oct. 30, RCMP asked for the public's help in identifying and locating the suspect who was allegedly involved in an assault in the early morning hours of Oct. 25 on Mission Flats Road.

Media relations officer Cpl. Jodi Shelkie says in a media release issued today, Oct. 31, the man was located and arrested without incident.

Police have not released additional information about the arrest or the assault, and have not identified the suspect.
