
Cloudy, wet start to the week in Kamloops won’t last
The clouds and rain should clear out of Kamloops by tomorrow, to be replaced by sunny but slightly cooler weather this week.
Environment Canada says to expect periods of rain today, Nov. 18, with a high of 7 Celsius. The periods of rain should end overnight but not before the snow level drops to 800 metres this evening. The forecast calls for a low of 2 C overnight.
The skies should clear tomorrow morning with west winds at 30 km/h gusting to 50 and a high of 8 C. Tomorrow’s overnight low is expected to dip to -3 C.
Wednesday should be sunny with a high of 3 C and a low down to -4 C.
Thursday and Friday are expected to be much the same, with lots of sunshine and a high of 1 C on Thursday and 2 C on Friday, with lows of -3 C and -1 C respectively.
Normal temperatures for this time of year in Kamloops are highs of 4 C and lows of -3 C.
