Acro Yoga Workshop

AcroYoga is an exhilarating gateway to every day yoga for many, the stoke from this workshop will last for weeks! For the raw beginners: It deepens backbends, lengthens hamstrings and opens hips, while encouraging accurate self awareness, compassion, patience and lightness. We then have opportunities to start linking learned skills together into flows of movement called washing machines. Develop your inner ninja with us and help keep the world a wild open place! No partner or experience needed as we will work together to develop our skills in a supportive group dynamic.
