Revitalize, rejuvenate and renew yourself this Winter with an introduction to Tai Chi, an ancient practice used by millions over the centuries to improve balance, focus and overall health.Join the Canadian Tai Chi Academy for an open house at 8:45 am on February 5, 2020 to find out more.The open house will feature a Tai Chi demonstration, a short introduction to the exercises, and information about Canadian Tai Chi Academy classes in Kelowna.Our Beginner class will take place on Wednesday and Friday mornings from 8:45 to 10:15 a.m. at the same location as the open house:–the Ukrainian Orthodox Church Hall (1935 Barlee Road).For more information, visit our website, or call Jim at 250-763-7639, or Kathie at 250-764-8919.
