My first workshop back in Summerland after my move will be August 25th! This will be held at Summerland Women’s Fitness.Come for one class for $20, or attend both for $30. Pre-registration is required as space is limited. Please connect via email at uprisingholistics@gmail.com. At 1pm I will be offering a 90minute compassionate flow class. My usual style of movement, holds, balance and challenge. Open for all levels. We will take a 15 minute break (or extended Savasana) and then at 2:45pm I will be offering a 75 minute Restorative class. Attend both for a 3 hour mini retreat!Hope to see you there!
