Her spiritual journey commenced at that same time with her first Vipassana sit in 1996. She has been a Spiritual Director since 2014, and has been practicing at the Sonoma Mountain Zen Center in California under Jakusho Kwong Roshi since 2016. Her original spiritual background is Christian, a tradition that she will also be drawing from during this class on meditation. Her passion is to bring people everywhere to an experience of their own true self so that they can be liberated into joy and acceptance.
