Join in for some Rocket yoga in the early mornings with Nikki Jinks. Expect to get upside down more than once, play with a few arm balances, and a lot of chaturangas. This is the perfect strong practice to have you progressing into deeper variations while learning more about yourself through the discipline and consistency of the sequences. Feel free to simply show up, or register ahead of time. If the full 1.25 or 1.5 hours is too long for you, feel free to show up late, or leave early – it’s all fair game! This event page is here to make paying for classes a little easier for those who don’t bring cash with them every morning! (who even carries cash anymore?!) Look forward to seeing you on your mat!
