Family Hockey Day

We are gathering our community spirit to rally together and attempt to win this years Kraft Hockeyville!To kick off these efforts we will be having a FREE Family hockey game on New Years Day at the skating rink. There will be hotdogs and hot chocolate for everyone. Anyone who wishes to bring other treats or desserts as an added bonus would be welcomed with appreciation. Hockeyville finds the winner through its panel of judges who will read each story, worth 80% of the community’s total score, and tally up the rally points, worth 20%, to determine the Top 4. The finalists will then go head to head in one round of voting to determine who will be crowned the next Kraft Hockeyville Town. This all begins January 1st. The first stage ends February 9th. If we are chosen as a top 4 community, we will be able to rally again to win top prize of $250,000!! So, between January 1st and February 8th- As a community we will need to send in stories photos and short videos plus vote online through twitter and facebook. Each person can vote a maximum of 15 times. Please spread the word to all family and friends near and far (they do NOT need to live here to vote).Lets make this the best New Years Day Family Event Ever!
