Armstrong and District Garden Club

The Armstrong and District Garden Club meets the first Tuesday of every month (February to June and September to December), beginning at 7:00 pm. The next scheduled meeting is February 4, 2020. For this month only, we will be meeting at the Armstrong Seniors Activity Centre, 2520 Patterson Avenue.Meetings at the Odd Fellows Hall (small hall) are scheduled to resume in March.Visitors are always welcome!Established in 1927, the club is an active, fun group.Besides the monthly meetings, there are garden tours within the club and of other specialty gardens and garden centres.Our main fundraiser is the annual plant sale held each May. The club supports a local community garden and provides a bursary to a student in post-secondary education in horticulture, landscaping or agriculture.Annual dues are $15.
