In April 2016, as a fit 41-year old competitive road cyclist, he suffered a heart attack, brought on by the constant stress he endured living a life off-kilter.This event motivated him to get off the life escalator and search for answers. The past 3 and a half years have been rediscovering what it means to be a man. The path was not clear and had involved many mentors, teachers and newfound male friends and caused a shift in his paradigm of masculinity.
