This popular dinner series sells out every year so we advise booking your space early to avoid disappointment.You will be greeted with a welcome cocktail from our bartender while enjoying some tapas featured in the Twilight chapter of the book. You will have the opportunity to view Chef in our state-of-the-art kitchen preparing the dishes for your dinner.You will then be seated at our long table for an interactive evening with Chef Butters serving up a three course dinner prepared with recipes directly from his multi-award winning cookbook. Chef will share stories behind the book and the dishes being prepared for this special dinner series.
