Painting with Exuberant Colour

Bring your painting supplies and study with Jane Appleby, who will work with you to encourage your expressive style. Media may include watercolour, pastels, acrylic and oils (odourless solvents only). Colour expression and composition will be covered in this one-day class. Jane will offer individual attention to each participant and offer painting tips.About the InstructorKnown for her lyrical brushwork and expressive use of colour, Jane Appleby’s work intimates an emotional, unique abstraction of her landscape subjects. Her work is found in a number of galleries and in exhibitions throughout the region, and is currently showing at The Federation of Canadian Artists’ Gallery in Vancouver. Jane’s art will also be part of April 2020 group show exhibition at the Lloyd Gallery: “A New Perspective“.
