Kamloops Artists Since 1992

ARTIST RECEPTION: SATURDAY APRIL 18, 1-4 pmSharon Olfert and Marjorie Herchak were the founders of this group originally called “Kamloops Watermedia.” As this group grew and evolved artists were welcomed to use all different mediums and they became the Kamloops Artists. There are currently 35 members, and new members are always welcome. They meet Tuesday afternoons at Parkrest Activity Center from September to June, with Plein Aire planned for the summer.This exhibition is a culmination of pieces recently created within this group. Expect to see one or two pieces per member in a show that is sure to be full of surprise in its versatility.“I paint for the pure fun of it.
