Due to COVID-19, Toonie Rides have gone virtual! A bike route will be released every Monday morning starting this summer. This week Ride #4 is up at Sovereign. North Okanagan Cycling Members will have a week to ride the route and record it through the Trailforks app to earn a badge. All riders who complete the route will be entered to win prizes donated by local Vernon businesses at the end of the week’s ride. Additionally, a local eatery will sponsor each week’s meal with a special discount for NOCS members. Why am I paying to attend a Toonie Ride where I won’t be getting food? It’s no secret that COVID-19 has resulted in less revenue for many businesses and organizations, and NOCS is no different. To continue building new trails and maintaining existing ones, we need some additional support this season. Purchase your $20 Toonie Season’s Pass at www.nocs.ca before you ride.Awesome prizes!
