Join the makers of Ottolenghi and the Cakes of Versailles in a discussion of this opulent food documentary, following master chef, writer, and restaurateur Yotam Ottolenghi.Enlisted by the Metropolitan Museum of Art to organize a food gala inspired by the 2018 exhibit Visitors to Versailles, the world’s leading pastry chefs merge 18th and 21st centuries, while the art, food, people, palace, and gardens of Versailles serve as inspiration for their spectacular and imaginative contemporary confections in tribute to the court’s decadent cuisine.Presented in collaboration with the Israel Office of Cultural Affairs.Access to the film will be available to registered participants prior to the program in partnership with IFC Films and Mean Streets Management.Please help the NAC support artists.
