Free livestreams for Ontario elementary classes from January 11 to 14, 2022.9:30 a.m. or 1:30 p.m. dailyEmbrace the world of nature by taking your class on a virtual outdoor adventure with the nature interpreters from Royal Botanical Gardens! Livestreaming via YouTube, these 20-minute programs are a great way to engage students from K to grade 4 in learning about nature in their neighbourhood. Whether it’s exploring how animals stay warm in winter or tracking who’s outdoors and active in RBG nature sanctuaries, our award-winning virtual field trips are a great springboard into STEAM activities in the classroom.Pre-registration is essential to receive your links for YouTube Live and downloadable resources/activities to use with your class afterwards. These programs are available in both English and French.WHAT YOU WILL NEEDYou will receive the connection information for the Live Stream YouTube event in your reminder email the day before of the program date that you registered for.Please click on the YouTube link provided to open the program. We suggest that you connect to the Live Stream and then share your screen with your students.
